About Martha

Martha Tapias Mansfield serves as Director of Advancement for Our Savior Parish & USC Caruso Catholic Center. A USC alumna, she brings extensive experience in fundraising, donor relations, and organizational leadership, having previously served as Senior Director of Advancement at USC and held executive roles in media and entertainment. Martha earned both a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration  from the University of Southern California. She is passionate about advancing Catholic ministry, supporting student success, and expanding opportunities for first-generation college students. Martha and her husband, Peter, are proud parents of three children, including two fellow Trojans.
