Why Serve?

Leadership Development

Becoming a Student Executive Board member provides hands-on experience in leadership, organization, and collaboration. Through working with fellow student leaders, faculty, and staff, you’ll enhance your ability to communicate effectively, delegate responsibilities, and lead with confidence.

Community Building

As a student leader, you’ll play a vital role in bringing people together and fostering a welcoming, faith-filled community at USC. You’ll collaborate with other student groups, engage new members, and design events that inspire community and spiritual growth.

Faith & Service

Being part of the Student Executive Board is more than just a leadership opportunity—it’s a chance to deepen your faith through service, prayer, and active discipleship. You’ll help lead initiatives that bring others closer to Christ, whether through liturgical ministry, service outreach, or spiritual programming.
