About Ricky

Ricky Cruz serves as the Director of Creative & Marketing at the USC Caruso Catholic Center, where he oversees the Center’s communications strategy, visual identity, and storytelling initiatives. He earned his B.S. in Marketing from California State University, Fullerton and has built his career at the intersection of creativity and strategy.

Before joining the Caruso Catholic Center, Ricky worked with marketing agencies and startups developing brand identities and strategies. He has also spent the past six years as a freelance marketing consultant, collaborating with organizations such as FOCUS, Life Teen, and Blessed Is She, where he’s grown a passion for storytelling using creativity to communicate meaningful messages.

Ricky lives in Orange County, California with his wife and new born daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and watching basketball, exploring new restaurants, and spending time outdoors with his family.
