Spirituality is not just about fulfilling our religious obligations, but taking   initiative to work on becoming the “best version” of ourselves.  Challenging as this may be, we believe that with a supportive atmosphere we can create a positive change in our lives and our world.

Spiritual life at the Catholic Center offers opportunities to learn about ourselves and our faith through private reflection and group activities. We believe that sharing our faith is an important step to helping  ourselves experience the presence of God in our lives. Music, new friendships, nature, the sacraments, and silence are just some of ways we come to find Him.

Retreats are the heart of our spiritual program. They provide a mix of social and personal time, allowing for a special bonding with God and our peers.  An unforgettable twenty-four hours are planned away from the fast pace of the city. The friendships and personal reflections stay with us long after we arrive back at USC.

There will be a spectrum of spiritual life events to choose from throughout the year, including bible study, adoration, and Dip into the Faith. We encourage all to try some out to see what interests them.  These events are typically some of the most memorable and meaningful that the center offers.
