I chose Leadership Development because I love helping get people get involved with the CC. While it's fun to attend events, it's truly rewarding to see people enjoying an event you coordinated. I want to help people find where they fit in at the CC. Don't be afraid to get involved. The more of yourself you put into getting to know the CC, the more you'll get back. It might be hard to dive in head first (and maybe you want to toe the waters first), but know that everyone is welcome to be themselves here.
